This is an in house design of of Billings Craft Beer Logo. Text reads Conquerors of the Craft Beer. If you're looking to celebrate the city of our origins this is a great choice. Like the beer, the patch manufacturing and assembly are locally made. 

Patch Details:

This patch is made locally by Red Sky Designs using Wicket and Craig Full Grain Leather. The logo design is burned into the leather using a laser cutter. We then go the extra mile to sew the leather patches onto the hats in house rather than just glueing them on. The result is a long lasting patch that is guaranteed to not fall off, and a craftsmanship approach to the product that is our quality standard. The look of a leather patch stitched onto the hat using a leather sewing machine gives it a beautiful high end quality look. 

Hat Sizing Guide Explained: 

For years the hat manufacturing industry has attempted to fit all or most people into the same size hat. They created snapback hats with plastic buckles, and flexfit hats with elastic in the sweatband to attempt to maximize the number of people that can fit in the same product. We believe this is the equivalent of only selling a medium t-shirt and labeling it as 'one size fits all', deeming it will stretch to your head. Its sounds really good, it just isn't true, and you're left with a headache. Sizing a hat correctly to a persons head is a critical component of selecting the right fit, even it the hat isn't fitted. 

Granite Hat Sizing:

Our Granite Hat is a mesh back style hat that has an adjustable snapback. It fits a medium sized head very well, (fitted hat size 7 3/8 - 7 5/8). 

Hat Style Preference:

After we overcome the hurdle of sizing we then have to address the style of hat you like. For example we might nail the size accurately of what you need for a hat but you may never desire the look of a flat bill. You may also have a preference on how high the crown is off of your head. Some people like a hat to fit higher off their head and other people may like the hat to fit closer to their head. This is all an issue of style preference. 

We hear it every single day, hats just don't fit my head, or i don't wear hats because they look funny on me etc. At Aspinwall we are attempting to change the industry standards 

Granite Hat Sizing:

The Granite Hat is a mesh back trucker style hat with a slight natural curve to the brim, not completely flat. This hat not only fits a medium sized head well but it also has a medium to high crown, meaning that the hat doesn't fit really tall and deep on the head but it also doesn't sit right close to the head either. The reason this style hat is so popular is because it fits that medium sized head so well with a medium crown depth covering the desires of an average or regular sized adult head.
